Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Carrier

Dinner Deck ships all orders using FedEx.

Shipping options and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping service selected.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Typical delivery times:

  • FedEx Ground: 2–5 business days

  • FedEx Express Services: 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected FedEx service

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Dinner Deck is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Dinner Deck is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once they have been handed over to FedEx.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
